Banana Bread Recipe

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 c. melted butter

3/4 c. sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. baking soda

pinch of salt

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. With a wooden spoon, mix butter into mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in sugar, vanilla, and egg. Sprinkle salt and baking soda over mixture and mix in. Add flour last and mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4"x8" loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.

We're kickin' it old skool here! Our podcast equipment wasn't working right, so we just recorded into RJ's laptop again. We're working on getting it corrected. Just remember, you get what you pay for.
